Individualized Support Services

Feel empowered with a service built just for your family. Our Individualized Support Service is a custom plan designed to target your family’s unique needs. Your family doesn’t belong in a box - our team works collaboratively to hear you and meet you where your are. We welcome collaboration with other practitioners, school teams and anyone else supporting your youth.

Our Support Service Providers work 1-on-1 with youth to develop tools and strategies to empower every individual as they grow. This service is available to support youth of all ages and is inclusive to a large range of needs including, but not limited to, social, emotional, communication and other life skills.

UPLIFT strives to create a safe space for youth to develop. Sessions often encompass play based learning and utilize proactive strategies to promote regulation and learning. We welcome all emotions as we support individuals to navigate challenges and develop a love of self growth.

This service is typically facilitated at UPLIFT Headquarters in Fernie or in Community spaces but can also be facilitated in a clients’ home or a school setting. UPLIFT’s Individualized Support Services are offered throughout the Elk Valley.

$75/hr

*Travel outside of Fernie is an additional cost

For those accessing services through Autism Funding, this service can be tailored as ABA informed Behaviour Intervention.

Social Groups

We offer social groups for various age ranges. These groups are facilitated by our Support Services Providers. Our staff create a fun and supportive space for youth of similar social development to work on their skills with peer relations. These sessions are often play/recreation based and geared towards supporting family goals for the child. Get in touch to learn more about what groups are available at this time.
